What is All In?

All In is a coordinated response by the UK startup & scaleup ecosystem to proactively drive diversity & inclusion in our businesses, creating a fairer world for all. We’ve crafted a commitment to help leaders take action.

Our first goal is to encourage and inspire leaders of the fastest growing startups in the UK to commit to action. By building a committed community of startup leaders, we’ll enable peer to peer connections and learning, as well as providing support from and access to leading D&I experts and organisations.

Who is All In for?

The All In community is for tech startups & scaleups who are dedicated to proactively driving diversity & inclusion to create a fairer world. We are focused primarily on UK startup and scaleups, but also welcome those who would like to join as allies (tech and legal networks, VCs etc.). Do reach out if you would like to either work with us or be the first to join the community.

Who is on the All In team?

The team is made up of a stellar group of volunteers across the UK tech startup and scaleup organisations, all passionate about driving change for the better. Meet the team here and feel free to say hello at we@allin.works!

What happens once I sign the All In pledge?

Firstly, congratulations on signing up and making the commitment to proactively drive diversity & inclusion in your business! Once you sign the All In pledge, you will receive a copy of your signed pledge form.

You will then become part of the All In community where you can access our curated resources, toolkits, likeminded peers and a network of D&I consultants. You can use these resources to help implement your pledge commitments into your business. We will also be hosting events, talks and provide confidential spaces to have the all important discussions. In true startup fashion, we are building this in real time with you, so please bear with us.

By signing the pledge, you commit to proactively taking action against the 4 pledge areas, and you agree to providing periodic updates to the All In team on your progress.

My company is already building its own D&I strategy. Can I still pledge?

Yes, we love that you are already committed to improving D&I capabilities in your business! Being part of All In will help you further execute on your strategy. We can provide curated resources, toolkits, our network of D&I experts, and peer to peer learning from other like minded companies/individuals to accelerate your journey. 

You might also be a source of inspiration to others in the community to do more, which is a great reason to join!

How much am I expected to commit to All In?

We expect pledging companies to commit to providing periodic updates to the All In team on your D&I progress. Other than that, there are no strict time commitments, but the more time you spend engaging with the All in community and network, the more you will gain.

What happens to the data I share with All In?

We will not publicly share your data with anyone and we operate following GDPR. If you are a pledger but do not wish for us to use your name or company logo in our communications, please reach out to let us know at we@allin.works.

How should I share my commitment internally and externally?

We would love for you to share your commitment with your company and network and spread the word so we can maximise our impact!
